When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. For child profiles, we only store first names and optional avatar selections - never email addresses or other identifying information.

We collect information about how you use the app, including events created, tasks completed, and stickers earned. This helps us improve the app and provide features like progress tracking.

Device Information

We collect basic device information for troubleshooting and analytics, including device type, operating system version, and app version.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the ReadySet service
  • Sync data across your devices and household members
  • Send important service updates and notifications

Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access.

  • Other household members you explicitly invite

Children's Privacy

ReadySet is designed for family use with children. We take children's privacy seriously:

  • Child profiles contain minimal information (first name only)
  • Children cannot create accounts themselves
  • Children cannot access settings without a parent code
  • We do not collect location data from children
  • We do not show advertisements to children

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
