Welcome to ReadySet. By using our mobile application and website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReadySet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ReadySet is a family routine management application that helps children complete tasks through visual countdowns and sticker rewards. We provide tools for parents to set up events, assign tasks, and track progress.

3. Account Registration

To use ReadySet, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring children in your household use the app appropriately

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights
  • Share your account credentials with others outside your household

5. Household Sharing

ReadySet allows multiple users within a household to share access. When you invite someone to your household:

  • They will have access to view and manage household events and tasks
  • They can see child profiles and progress data
  • You remain responsible for who has access to your household

6. Subscriptions and Payments

ReadySet may offer free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

  • Billing occurs through the Apple App Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

7. Content and Intellectual Property

The ReadySet app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by ReadySet and protected by intellectual property laws. Sticker designs and other artwork are licensed or owned by ReadySet.

You retain ownership of any content you create (such as custom event names), but grant us a license to use this content to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers

ReadySet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The service will meet your specific requirements
  • Any results from using the service will be achieved

ReadySet is a tool to assist with routines, not a substitute for parental supervision and judgment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadySet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
