How do I reset my parent code?
Go to Settings > Parent Mode, then tap 'Reset Parent Code'. You'll need to verify your identity through email before setting a new code.
Can I use ReadySet on multiple devices?
Yes! ReadySet syncs across all your devices in real-time. Just sign in with the same account on each device.
How do I add another parent or caregiver?
In Parent Mode, go to Settings > Household > Invite Member. You can send an invite link via email or messaging app.
My child completed tasks but didn't get a sticker. What happened?
Stickers are only awarded when ALL tasks for an event are completed before the deadline. Check that every task has a checkmark.
How do I delete a child profile?
In Parent Mode, go to Settings > Household > [Child's Name] > Delete Profile. Note: This will also delete their sticker collection.
Can I customize the countdown sounds?
Yes! In Parent Mode, go to Settings > Sounds & Notifications. You can choose different sounds for each alert type or mute them entirely.
